The service was very expensive because of transportation costs charged. Also, she did not come prepared. I told her that when she comes I will have moved out of the house (hence she should have been prepared to bring her own supplies). She told me that she couldn't finish cleaning because she ran out of paper towels. She left a big dirt pile on the floor of the laundry room. She didn't clean some rooms at all. My son said it wasn't a great job. Way too much money and not enough quality.
