I was told that it would be $149 for 3 standard room,They added $25 more for oversized area living room. One of the three rooms which was a bedroom had a king bed with 3 dressers, on floor so only the walkway could be cleaned no thought of discount for that. They also added $9 for water dsposal on the bill. The cleaning was of average quality but the carpets were wet for two days after ,so we had to wait the 2 days before we could place furniture back

We were very satisfied with the end results. Carpet looks great! I had my son-in-law come over to assist in moving the bed so it could be cleaned under. They also did a protection application on the carpet.
