It seemed as if the person cleaning my carpets did not take his time in high traffic areas. We asked him to go over one particular spot a couple more times because he just went over it once. He was able to make it look much better when he did so. But there are other areas where you can hardly tell that the carpets were even cleaned. I was quoted a 3 hour time frame for 6 rooms and it only took him 1.25 hours. It seemed like he rushed through the cleaning and did not take his time.
