My project included repairing/ partially replacing damaged wood flooring due to water damage in a couple of areas of my floor as well as sanding and finishing of the rest of the floor. In my choice of Zerorez, a critical consideration in my awarding them the job was the manager saying that they would work very hard to match the color of the new flooring replacement areas with the existing flooring. We agreed to a price and the work commenced the next day. When the job was complete, I was not satisfied with the matching of the new wood with the old wood. Zerorez sent a manager with the work crew to inspect the work the next morning. We agreed that the crew would rip out the replaced sections and do these sections over. This was an extra full day of work without additional charge for the original scope of work. I appreciate that they "went the extra mile" in customer service to get the results that we wanted. At the end of the day, I was happy to write the check because I am happy with the beauty of the floor.

The original oak floor was so badly mistreated that expected it could be improved, but not made to be really nice. When AllAroundWoodFloors.com finished, the floor was not just improved, it was absolutely BEAUTIFUL.! Felipe and the guys worked quickly and expertly. Moved very large double bookcases. Made adjustments to the quarter round trim to suit my taste rather than the current practice. Cannot give AllAroundWoodFloors.com enough praise. I am going to use them for another job.

Felipe Melendez and Joshua Wheeler of All-Around Wood Floors a Zerorez subcontractor, oversaw different aspects of the job personally and were right there if I had any questions or concerns. Felipe sent 2 people back the next day to do some touch ups and move furniture, mainly 2 floor-to-ceiling bookcases. I told Felipe I had not had a chance to empty them, so he had the guys empty and move them. They did it with a good, friendly attitude. All stages of the floor refinishing job were handled professionally, the floor turned out beautiful, and there was usually a manager and/or supervisor present to oversee things and provide customer service.

Joshua Wheeler's estimate was on point. Was a pleasure to work with. Felipe Melendez with All-Around Wood Floors (a branch of Zerorez) and his crew, did such a great job on our flooring project. We refinished existing wood floors and removed all carpeted areas and added wood floors, including stairs. Changed stain color. Felipe was a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend them. Results were fantastic.

Excellent people to deal with!

Felipe and his crew were timely and very professional. The quality of the job was top-notch. We had new hardwoods installed in about 1/2 the main level. The balance of the main level was already hardwoods. They were meticulous in weaving in the old and new and ensuring the staining was consistent. Having flooring work done in your house is never going to be a hassle-free project. The process - timing and expectations - was fully explained, so we knew what to expect. What was promised was what was delivered. NOTE: Zerorez uses All-Around Wood Flooring as its contractor for their hardwood projects.
