They called a few days before the appointment to confirm the time. They called 15 minutes before the scheduled time to let me know they were on their way. They were efficient and courteous.

Overall, B. Not an A because the techs seemed to be rushing, and the darker traffic stains are still there, albeit lighter than before. I feel if they could have pretreated (maybe they did but I cant say for sure) or repeated the cleaning they might have gotten them clean.

The men arrived on time, got to work right away, and finished well within the estimated time. They were very professional and did a tremendous job. I was amazed at how well my carpets turned out. I would highly recommend their services to anyone. Well worth the money spent!
