This service was extremely professional. They used only steam to clean the carpets which was very beneficial to people who are sensitive to chemicals. The workers were quick, neat, and clean and left the carpet in new condition! Well done.

Worst job ever! Tried to charge me $400.00 but I ended up with the special promotion for $50.00! I needed 3 rooms cleaned! They used cold water and spent 3 minutes in each room left the carpet wet. The next day the carpet smelled like wet dog! I called to complain and the manager in the complaint department was extremely rude! I am reporting them to The Better Business Bureau.

Did an excellent job cleaning my carpet. Pulling the hose through the house afterwards left a deep scratch in my hardwood floor about 3 inches long. I would call them again, but make sure the hardwood is covered when they drag the hose through.

My carpet was really dirty - it is an off-white color and hadn't been cleaned in a year. I was worried some stains wouldn't come up. It's been a week since Zeroez cleaned it and it still looks great. No stains have come back up. Our technician was Richard and he was really good - efficient and friendly. Left us a bottle of stain cleaner and lots of booties. Had 3 rooms and a hallway done for $209 out the door. Would definitely use again.

They are priced on the high side, however my white sofa looks like it did the day we brought it home. They take their time cleaning every inch of the sofa, and even the throw pillows on the sofa. Very pleased with outcome.
