The installer was polite and professional, the install and results were great. But the installation was very expensive, at $509, I felt like I got very little for my money.

As someone who paid for cable TV for over 20 years, I was hesitant to cut the cord. Before hiring Ziegler Installations, I tried purchasing a Leaf antenna from a large online retailer and received great reception except whenever a plane flew over my home. I ended up sending the antennas back and decided to hire a pro. Monique took the time to explain everything to me and assured me her company would make sure I was up and running. The installer took the time to understand how my 40 year home was wired throughout the years to make sure he could tap into the existing cable without adding extra holes in my walls or running cable along the baseboard. In the end, I made the right choice and no longer have to pay for cable TV.

Monique was courteous and helpful. She called on the day of the project like she said she would. There was a scheduling issues with them but she contacted me early and explained it. They removed my old antenna and the brackets and snipped the wiring. They also took the antenna so I wouldn't have to dispose it myself. Very satisfied!

Dave, the installer, was on time, courteous, and informative. Installation went smoothly. All things were explained. All TV's were reprogrammed. He put in extra effort putting in a temporary cable for my cable box until I have cable removed. He was respectful of my home and requests, taking his shoes off, letting me move my personal, and expensive, materials out of the way, etc. The antenna installed is a Digitenna model. It is manufactured in Wisconsin and had very good reviews. Everything is working fine.

He showed up time.He was wearing a company logo on his shirt.He installed an indoor antenna and used existing coaxial cables left over from Dish Network.He hooked the cables to my TV sets and checked the picture on each one.I was very satisified.

Very friendly helpful and persistent in finding our trouble and fixing it within the quoted price.

A bit expensive, but worth the price given that I didn't have to put myself at risk climbing onto the roof carrying lots of stuff. The installation crew was well-equipped and competent.

It was expensive but couldn't find anybody closer. Work was not exactly what I was first told, but that was taken care of fast.

It was expensive but I didn't get other quotes so can't really compare. To me, it was worth the money. They installed a new antenna on our roof, wired the coax cable, and made sure everything was working. Scanned all TVs. They had a meter that allowed them to position the antenna perfectly. Would use this installer again in a minute if I need their services.

At this point everything looks good. New ant put up and everything working as it should. Well worth the expense.

They fixed the intermittent down streaming of broadcast TV. This may sound relatively simple but a lot of people, including myself, would mess it up. Here it is a week later and the reception is still what it should be -- perfect!
