Ziggy's Cleaning Services

Renovations to my house were recently completed leaving behind a house full of dust and dirt. Ziggy's crew arrived as scheduled, went through the entire house, and made it shine! Having never used a cleaning service before, I wasn't sure what to expect. I will be signing them up for bi-monthly services.

The worker who cleaned my home taken $3,500 in cash from an area that she was not supposed to be cleaning and had to search through personal items to find. I did not discover the money missing until several weeks later when I went to this hidden cash stash to retrieve some of the money to take on a trip. When I contacted Joe the next day to report the theft, he was sympathetic and shared that the same employee (Stephanie) had just been caught taking from another client a few days prior. While he was concerned that there might be other victims, he thought the bank was not going to press charges in the first case reported. In this conversation, he promised to work on a way to repay me and to provide me with Stephanie's last name so that I could file a police report. I did not hear from him again until I messaged him via this forum one week later. At that time, he still seemed willing to accept responsibility for his employee's theft and reimburse me accordingly. Today he informed me via e-mail that he had questioned the employee who claims to have no knowledge of the theft. He advised me to pursue remedy via law enforcement and my insurance. I will be pursuing remedy through both law enforcement and the courts. Despite the fact that I could afford to pay someone to clean my house (one time for a family function), I have worked long and hard to EARN the money that was TAKEN by an employee who has been in this company's employ less than a month (I was told by Joe that my job was on her second day with the company). While the work was good, I would not wish the horrible experience of discovering that someone went through your personal effects and helped themselves to money that you have worked several years to save. The fact that Ziggy continues to employ this person puts any future client at risk of the same result. If I had written a review BEFORE I discovered that money missing, I would have rated the service as good but in light of my experience with the owner regarding the theft, I would strongly encourage you to look elsewhere for cleaning and maid services.

All I can say is amazing! After calling so many services, and hired a few people on the past. I would recommend ziggys cleaning. joe sent out Angela and she literally was the best. She was efficient and so sweet.

I had let the house go for quite a while and needed a deep clean before I started packing to move. Joe set me up with a quick date and a super cleaner. Very personable and did a great job! Thank you a lot for everything, See you in a few weeks!

Joe and his workers did a WONDERFUL job on my home. Especially since it was a big job. But, they did the work well and quickly. And, Joe really cares about the welfare of his clients!!! I would reccomend them to anyone who wants the job done right the first time!!!

The owner, Joe, is very conscientious. Joe guarantees the work. Joe's first visit was to review the job, set my expectations and agree on a price. I really feel we were on the same page. He sent Angela to clean. A few items were not quite on-the-mark (hence the 4 stars) but overall Angela worked hard, did a good solid job and the price was great. I would use them again for sure.
