Very easy to work with this company. They familiarized themselves with local code and it was easy to receive zoning approval for project to start quickly.

Alan Zimbler was very professional and responsive. His ideas were very creative and really made a very workable plan in a very tight space. He stuck with our project and was very helpful all the way through.

Allan Zimbler was good to work with and very attentive. My only issue was the $250 discount was eaten up by undisclosed fees such as "paper". That was disappointing and very disconcerting.
Response from Zimbler Architecture, LLC
"Not sure why this customer was disappointed, fees for printing and reimbursables are clearly described in our proposal, with a not to exceed limit. Unfortunately, we must charge for reimbursables, since we do not know the extent of charges which will be required by the customer. Additionally, this customer specifically asked for additional prints, and was not charged for them."

Outstanding service and very friendly. I have already referred them to a friend and my friend is very pleased with the service as well. Professional architects at a very fair price. Thanks again and again.

So far we are pleased, however, we have just started working with Alan. The only negative at this point is that drawings he said would take a couple of days took two weeks. The work, however looks great and we are comfortable with him.

I have recently hired , Allen Zimbler to do a project on a new construction , and he responded very quickly and showed up on the job within just a few days ... He gave me really great ideas , and put them from paper to real life... And not to mention the turn around time was great..When your paying a mortgage on a property , or home , the last thing you need is someone to take forever to complete the project.. Like they say time is money... I will be using him on future projects.. and will gladly pass on the word .....
