John Zimmerman arrived on time, identified the issue with our hot tub and immediately ordered the part. When the part arrived, John set up a time to install it and again arrived when he said he would and installed the part. While servicing the hot tub, he also checked the pumps and motors to insure everything was in proper working order. John was thorough, efficient and quite personable. We will certainly use him in the future and would highly recommend him to anyone having issues with their hot tub.
