"Thank you for your comment. This is not our standard of service for warranty calls. This roof was installed in September 2015. We have no record of a warranty claim for this roof or of any damage. The damage is reported to have occurred back in October of 2015 but we were only recently notified of it in December 2017. We are unable to verify this is damage caused by our workmanship. While the work that was performed to the roof is under warranty we are unable to cover the interior damage in this one occurrence."
