I have carpet, hardwood and tile floors. They were extremely knowledgeable and had a tool for all of my floor types. I even put a valve in my garage with its own hose and tools for the cars. They are professional and proficient. I researched the competition and felt the most comfortable with Zimms. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a system. I have an existing house and after they installed the system... I didn't even have any damage or repairs to my drywall. They cleaned up after and showed me how to work the system. I know that if I need anything in the future - they will be there for me.

Good experience. Came the day of appointment and within the window of time stated. Listened to my concerns of placement of the 'outlets'. Also, I had an older small hose from a previous system and the end was damaged. He ordered the part for me and then came out and glued it on. We only paid for the part.
