Aaron and his team installed two stone, curved walls on each side of the end of the driveway (in the culvert). It looks fabulous and such an improvement from what was there. Aaron discussed the job up front, did excellent work, kept the work space neat and tidy at the end of each day, was very approachable and flexible when an alteration was needed for one side. He was very professional in his approach, but also friendly and interested in what you want the scope of the job to be. I would highly recommend him! Get him on your side for your spring projects!

Did a great job. It was done when they said it would be. Very neat and clean.

We had a duplex, 2 narrow driveways, that I couldn't get anyone to commit to. Finding a reliable plow guy is so difficult these days. 2 years in a row it was a nightmare finding someone. Aaron agreed and was very upfront about where the snow would go etc. He was responsive on snow days and accommodating when asked to start. We really appreciated his services and would recommend his company for snow removal services

Can't wait to work with them again next spring!

April 24 2020 - Aaron and his brother actually SODDED my front and side lawn areas, as the grass had really deteriorated badly from what it had been years ago. Aaron came soon after I requested an estimate, and the estimate was very fair. He did a lot of prep - removing the old grass and showed me that it was infested with grubs, which he treated. They arrive when they say they will, and work hard, are very neat, and did a FANTASTIC job. I'm thrilled with what the area looks like now, and he gave me instructions on when and how much to water it for the next three weeks. They're polite, hardworking and I would hire them again in a heartbeat. I may save up to have more of yard sodded and treated for grubs.

The young man came and gave me a price for doing my driveway for the winter. He was very pleasant.I would hire him for other things. After the winter he made a mess of my lawn when he plowed.I will have to have some work done because of the big holes he made with his plow. He never came and said that he would fix the holes and he is in the lawn care business! I HAVE HEARD FROM AARON AND HE IS COMING TO FIX MY LAWN. I THINK HE IS VERY SERIOUS ABOUT KEEPING HIS CUSTOMERS HAPPY!

I would recommend Zinck's Property Management to anyone who wanted some maintenance done. Aaron was a thorough, timely, and strong worker. He went beyond what was asked and the quality of his work was excellent.

Aaron provided good follow up and communication. He was polite and did a good job.

Charged me $125.00 when the estimate was $80.00. Also the first driver arrived in a truck with no snow tires-got stuck and had to call someone to pull him out.
