The company is dishonest as they take your deposit and disappear. He seems like a nice guy, but do not believe him.

2nd review! I contacted Raul because my garage door was not working properly, and I needed a new Genie opener installed. He came out immediately, took a look at it and told me it would be far less expensive for me if I simply went to Home Depot to purchase it and have them install it. He was absolutely right and I followed his advice. His honesty was refreshing and truly appreciated! He even texted me to make sure that Iâ d had it installed and all was well. Canâ t think of anyone else Iâ ll be calling in the future for things I need done around my house.. Heâ s truly one in a million!

Raul is the best Iâ ve ever come across. I recently moved into a new home and needed various types of jobs done. He came highly recommended and I certainly was not disappointed. He was on time, professional, and an exceedingly nice man...even came back a second day to finish up and did not charge me. I have already found another job I need done around the house ...looking forward to having that done by him as well! You cannot go wrong with this company!

Raul Rodriquez claimed that he **built his first house when he was 16** He is friendly to the point of bragging how wonderful he is, so he makes you believe he is licensed and knows what he is doing. All he is interested in is getting the highest amount possible. Being as he is merely a handyman or unlicensed person he can only charge $500 per day, yet he charged me $2700 to replace fascia on my home. I was lead to believe that the project would be done correctly, yet he failed to repair the sub-roof, and remove the damaged debris just hiding it rather than fixing it. He failed to provide a detailed invoice of the costs and labor, and demand more than the allowed 10% or $1000 deposit, whichever is less. He demands $1000 as a deposit. Materials were one wooden plank and some paint. 6 hours of work. Work quality was not that great, ended up being crooked. I tried to communicate with him for a response and he ignored me. Stay away from this guy. Watch out, fast talker. Needs to be reported to the district attorney.

He arrived exactly on time and diid his work in a timely manner. He was clean and very likable and cleaned up after himself when he wa done. I would definitely hire this company again.

Excellent

Raul has excellent understanding of many different home repair and contruction issues. He identified with my problems and how to resolve them. He provided a detailed and accurate estimate. Once hired he came prepared and worked non stop. Very happy with everything he repared.

The owner, Raul, provided excellent customer service and delivered outstanding results on the two jobs he did for me. He always kept me informed of his progress and made knowledgable recommadations for improvement. I will be using him for future jobs in the summer.

We finally found a permanent handyman! We hired him for a simple job upstairs, but it turns out Raul can do basically anything. He ended up redoing our area from floor to ceiling and it looks incredible - my wife is thrilled! On top of that, Raul is polite, always on time, and extremely accommodating. He didn t hesitate to fix little things outside the scope of the job he was hired for. We will definitely be using 4Generation Construction for all our home projects going forward.

What a wonderful young man! Raul is very knowleadble, responsible, courteous, respectful of one's time, keeps you abreast of progress, clean, organized, and his work is just superb. He ensures colors match perfectly or as close as possible. He patched a couple walls due to water damage and one cannot tell where the patches are. He re-caulked both bathrooms and they look great! My only regret is that I did not meet him sooner. The prior handyman we had did a very poor job re-caulking the same bathrooms not too long ago. We will be hiring him in the future for other projects and I recommend his work to anyone. I absolutely love his old fashioned work ethics!
