I received excellent service form this customer. The entire time they were professional, courteous, and well knowledgeable. Clemens came out and explained what needed to be don't to fix my problem. He did not push me one bit to do something I didn't agree with or i didn't want. I would for sure hire him again in the future if needed.

I noticed my kitchen/house was much colder than it should have been. I called Zion and after speaking with Clemons, he came over that same day, diagnosed the problem, spent over an hour at my house and provided me an excellent and unbeatable quote. He began work exactly on time and on the day scheduled. He completed the job and even ensured the house was as clean as it was prior to his arrival. Due to the nature of my house (Cape Cod), the space where he was to apply the foam insulation as tight He had a sub-contractor come in, do some carpentry and managed to open up the tight space just enough to insulate the area specified. The company's owner is a young man who really knows what he's talking about. The key to a contractor's performance is if something did not live up to one's expectation. That was the case with the supplemental fiberglass batt installation. Mr. Clemens came himself on the weekend to rectify the problem and finish out an A job.
