Malik was by far the best quoted price. He worked fast, had the stoop repaired in one day. He used beautiful granite and did great work. I hgihly recommend Malik and Alpha ZK!!

He basically had two guys working for him and the other guys were just day labor's,the job was at the quoted price but I didn't appreciate the fact that he tried to bilk me for everything(plywood,wall caps)else. The last winter was a really tough one and the ultimate test for the job and it FAILED,I developed a leak as a result of all the snow and ice,I called the company numerous times and finally got a person who said that they would have someone come out to check it six months still no word this guy Malik basically begged me for the job and now I have to get someone else to clean up the mes

STEER CLEAR OF LOWER PRICNG-it will cost You.This was the lowest bidder so I went with it. They completed Job in one day and the shingles look good but the company uses shady sales tactics (Like dealing with used car salesman) The contract was written for one price then upon completion Malik said I needed to pay him an additional $500.00 Since he measured wrong. Also there were other incidences such as damage to property (Fence/driveway) I will never deal with this company again. I recommend you deal with bigger chains such as HD which allow you to deal with a property manager

Mailk always gives good prices and is very fair with payment. His workers did good work, and always cleaned up after themselves at the end of the day. They even worked through a driving rainstorm! Malik's crew did a job that should have taken about 2 1/2 weeks, and finished in about 9 days, so the crew worked quickly. Thanks, Malik!

So far we had them come to take a look at the leak coming into our vestibule. They couldn't see what the problem was, although all signs pointed to clogged downspout or gutter. Although they didn't check the downspout or gutters, they wanted $1200 to tar the roof over the vestibule when we questioned the price he cut it in half. They tarred the roof of the vestibule (about a 5'x4' area) and left. Next week it rained and the leak was worse than ever! He was due to come back and check it out but I haven't heard the update yet.

MALIK FROM ZK CONSTRUCTION CALLED INSISTED ON SEEING THE PROJECT ALTHOUGHT I TOLD HIM IT WAS A SMALL JOB, HE CAME GAVE ME A PRICE CAME THE NEXT DAY AND COMPLETED JOB ALTHOUGHT THE WEATHER WAS BAD. HE DID A GREAT JOB AND I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM i'M SURE I WILL USE HIM FOR FUTURE SERVICES
