Job was done with no issues in one day. Beau kept me informed along the way. Crew cleaned-up everything. The yard and driveway were left clean of all debris. Inspection was easily passed.

We had our 500 sqft 3rd floor deck resealed. Beau and his team at ZMAC listened to our thoughts on the project and made alternative suggestions to improve the quality and some that reduced the cost. Communication was outstanding throughout the project and team Beau was willing to address all of our concerns and opinions on the project. There were certainly unforseeable issues that arose due to our unique situation, but we were presented with good solutions and recommendations from which to choose. Our neighbors have regaled us with stories of being ghosted by their contractors during this construction boom. None of that for us with ZMAC. We were kept apprised of any changing circumstances (weather, materials availability, etc.) and any calls we made were promptly returned. We were extremely pleased with the way the project was handled, from Karl who made the initial contact through Beau who made the final cleanup and inspection...in person. We would definitely use this company again.

Beau is a great communicator, he explained all the steps he took to mitigate the leaking in my roof and let me know when there would be delays while he was waiting for materials. I had an estimate from a competitor that recommended thousands of dollars of unnecessary work, so I also saved a lot of money by hiring Beau and Zmac.

Had a short waiting time for installation. Quality work at an affordable rate. Cleanup was great with no nails, so far, found on the ground. Communication with project manager was great.
