We chose Zodega for their professionalism good reviews. Prices were much higher than competitors. I had already deposited 50% two months in advance before the project started. Not exactly what I had in mind originally but I know now to not steer away from your goal, even if it takes longer to get it right. Update: Within the year, Zodega has returned to replace the warped wooden planks. Lanier is a helpful rep. Thanks!

I contacted Zodega to get a second price for a project I had already quoted with another company, which told me I needed a new pipe run thru the drains On my backyard. As I trusted the other company I thought I needed the replacement and did not question it, but when Bob came to my house he saved me thousands of dollars by being honest. He was very polite, knowledgeable and what is best, hands on. He did got down to the issue and open the drains to realized I did not needed a new pipe but just a deep clean of the current ones. He showed me wha I had (which other Pros didn?t) and what a simple cleanup would do. In fact, he cleaned some of the sediment and debris to show me how the water that was stocked started to flow again. I have not seen salesmanship like that in a long time. He was a trusted advisor, a true home advisor!
