Antonio was very professional and friendly. The workers came on the day they were supposed to less than a week after I signed the contract (as soon as Antonio could get the permit from the town), laid tarps to collect the old roof, took off my old roof (the back half only the front of the roof had been replaced by a previous owner prior to ownership), and replaced the roof within a day. They were careful not to crush surrounding plantings and cleaned up all the shingles well. Looks good and no leaks during the first good rain storm since replacement. Put in ice/water barrier to 6 feet which I think is pretty standard. Roof is warrantied for 5 years by XTM and Antonio provided us with the 30 year(?) manufacturer warranty for the shingles promptly. I would recommend them especially since I had tried to hire 2 other (different) roofers for this job and had gotten the run around - The other 2 roofers insisted the whole roof should be replaced and tried to get my insurance company to cover more than the insurance was willing to cover and when they couldn't get the whole roof covered by insurance, they never call me back. (Apparently half a roof is not worth the money?) Price was on the low to middle of the pack of the quotes that I got. Not the lowest quote, but certainly not the highest. So generally a good value, I'd say.
