I broke my wrists a day before the work, I could not clear my backyard but they did it for me and no complaints I heard. Once I told Jack what I needed, the rest was an autopilot to the finish. Gutter guy showed up next day and finished the job. They did a great job, clean and tidy. If I need a roof job again, I will call them for sure.

Jack Murphy took time to listen to me and provide valuable input for my home. I am thankful as Jack's crew did a terrific job in a timely manner. His team was very helpful to help me understand what I needed to do with my home. They are very good about cleaning up and removing debris, following the replacement of the roof. Jack was very professional. He gave us local addresses so we could see roofing colors. Very helpful. The job was completed very quickly. His men were very careful to protect plants and bushes close to the house. The clean up was perfect.

What a mistake. Jack is just a General Contractor. He is NOT a roofer. He contracts out a separate crew to do the work. That means when there is an issue he has to come out of pocket to fix it, which when you meet him you will realize he can not afford to do. I paid for a ridge vent to be installed on my new roof. Well, they put the material there but did not cut the wood for the air to flow, so the vent is useless. When I asked Jack about it. He got defensive and said he was not going to do it. They rushed to get the roof installed due to darkness and there was debris left all over my property. Jack said he would return to pick it up but never did. I am literally still finding roofing material in my bushes. His *10-year* warranty is complete trash... Do not be fooled Jack is a liar and will do anything to get the money and not do what is right. He is a man in a van, that is it... BE CAREFUL!!!!!

I recently had the roof on my home replaced and choose Zoe Renovation based on their reviews and pricing. They completed the roof installation as described, though in the process nailed into my central AC system, resulting in a repair bill of over $1200. Zoe Renovation accepted no responsibility for the damage and refused to reimburse me for the repairs. Their reluctance to do the right thing was disappointing to say the least.

"Although this is an unfortunate situation the problem was that the air conditioning line was snaked from compressor into house leaving the tubing pressed onto the roof decking. We use 1.25" nails which leaves space so that electric, plumbing and hvac should not be interfered with. The a/c installers did not take the time to block or clamp their work on center rafter so that it would be safe and in accordance with code and proven construction technique. Any roofer would have found this tubing as the roof took about 1,500 nails. This was an unavoidable result due to standard roofing process that located a weakness in a prior installation. In the past if we break or damage a light fixture or glass we replace it, in this case the problem was hidden and a situation left by someone a long time ago only to be found when the roof was redone. As is my custom I was onsite during the installation and the men executed everything in a professional manner."

Very honest in telling me what they were going to do and gave a very good price. They cleaned up afterwards. This is a very old house and they had to remove layers of shingles. We were very happy with work they did.

The whole crew was professional from the start. Mr. Murphy told me that they would be on site on a Saturday at 8AM, They arrived before that time and began preparations for my roof replacement. I would hire Zoe Renovation, Inc. in an instant. I already have another project in the near future with regards to the patio roofing that is attached to my garage. I will be awarding the job to Zoe. I could not have been more pleased with the results of my roof replacement. Mr. Murphy is a class act and his crew give a new meaning to the words "professionalism" and "craftsmanship".

The owner attended all aspects of the roofing job and was extremely helpful throughout the project. The crew arrived on schedule and the job took exactly one day as planned. I was provided a no-nonsense competitive estimate. I was having other work done around the property and Jack, the owner, was very willing to adjust to make sure all of the surrounding projects went smoothly. I would not hesitate to use Zoe Reno in the future and glad to be able to recommend his roofing service to others.
