LZ Construction

We began our relationship with Zollezzi Construction with a sit down discussion as to what we had and what we had in mind for our needs. In a short time we reviewed a detailed computerized rendition which was presented to the building Department, and with modifications resubmitted which opened up into a far better design than we imagined. As we went through the steps required to begin the process, Richard Larry and Michael, along with there crew were there daily, and were responsive to obstacles and unforeseen situations as is expected with our older structure which had to be partially dismantled and hauled away. What was impressive, was there always friendly and determined crew performance working hard to deliver the final product and they did it. My wife and I would recommend Zollezzi Construction and encourage anyone to give them an opportunity to make your experience equally successful.

The team was great. Mike, Larry, Gary, Rodd, Kevin, Miguel, nicho, Santiago, and the paint guys! Awesome job all around!

The process of finding a trusted company to do work in your home is quite challenging. We met with owner Larry several months prior to the project taking place and told him what we wanted, reviewed our budget and timeline. He came out more than prepared to provide us an estimate knowing that it would be several months before we would be starting the project. He always answered our calls and any questions we had. When it came time to start the project which was a load bearing wall removal to enlarge our family room, about 5 months after our initial meet, he quickly recapped our plan and got us in the schedule. Once the work was started we had nothing but positive interaction from his team. Everyone was professional, courteous and friendly. Project Manager Gary was always on the job answering our questions and guiding the team. He always took our calls or got back to us quickly. We were unhappy with finish details in one area and Gary wasted no time in getting his team back out to remedy the issue. We would absolutely refer amd highly recommend anyone to LZ and will be using them on any future projects we have.

We highly recommend Larry and Mike Zolezzi and the entire LZ Construction team. Most importantly, the work they did (a total remodel of our bedroom and master bath) is beautiful; they exceeded our expectations and improved our design. They were flexible and responsive, and were generally clear on what they would be doing when. We were out of town form some time and they used the time to get a ton completed, which was a pleasant surprise. Gary, our project manager, called regularly with updates and to check in with us, and when we called with questions or requests he always got back to us very quickly. They made a disruptive process as easy as they could, and left the house in good shape at the end of each day.

We had never dealt with LZ construction, and we didn't know anyone in the company. We were simply looking for a someone to build a garage extension for our motorhome. LZ construction was very competitive with their bid, but what impressed us the most was that they seemed to know exactly what they were doing. After we hired them, we had to make some changes to the job and they were very receptive and helpful. They finished when they said they would, they had honest, hard working employees, and the garage looks great! We couldn't be happier.

My husband and I were very pleased with the service and result of our room addition contracted through LZ Construction. We decided to add a 20 by 20 room to the back of our house and after discussing the project with several contractors, we decided to move forward with Larry Zolezzi's company (LZ Construction). Besides the bid being in line with our budget, Larry and the project manager Richard explained the process in detail and answered all of our concerns in a timely fashion and to our complete satisfaction. The crew was courteous, punctual, and efficient seeming to always go above and beyond the level of satisfaction. All the tasks they performed were done to a level equivalent to what they would have done to their own home. In summary, all of the work met or exceeded our expectations. The entire staff is to be highly commended and we would not hesitate to use or recommend the services of LZ Construction. We would be happy to show the construction or speak as a reference if desired.

make sure you understand their fee structure.

I have retained LZ Construction for the project but they haven't begun construction yet. Obtaining the building permit will hopefully occur so that they can break ground around mid June. So far the experience with LZ has been very positive!
