Very responsive in the beginning and helped to review my inspection report to parse out the relevant and irrelevant issues. Work was done quickly when they got here. Minor things that kept this from being a five star review: It took a while for the receipt to get back to be, and I had to call to remind them to get it to me. Also, we noticed that out sink still had a minor leak which was easily fixable by us but worrisome that it was not caught when we were told out sink was fine. Other than that, quick work for a fair price and the 2 year warranty gave peace of mind.

The techs , Paul ,arrived approximately 7.45 a.m. While here, he performed repair my bath room shower facucet, clean Cartridge. I am very pleased and impressed with his work and work ethic. He was extremely courteous and answered all of my questions and explained to me exactly how to operate the replaced faucets, turning on and off, and took time to explain how the materials work. He adjusted the invoice cost lower since we do not need the new part.

The pro advised us about the most cost efficient repair. He performed it well.

Ivan was very informative and I felt like I had a great deal. I feel like I saved money going with these guys instead of the bigger names for the same toilet install.

Their prices are extremely fair and I’ve never felt that I was taken advantage of for the issues I’ve encountered.

Zone 8 did an amazing job of replacing our 10 year old water heater. They gave us a really good price for the replacement compared to the rest of the quotes we got. They were on time and replaced the water heater within 2 hrs. Definitely going with them next time.
