Swamp cooler repair for water line disconnecting from pump. Cooler is window mounted & others would not even look at it even though it has been on a stand for 25 years with no problem. Andre came out and immediately found the problem. Pump put in 6 years ago wrong size for line in cooler therefore easily came loose. Explained everything in a language I could understand. Went to truck to find pump with an adapter for the water, installed & working once again. Also took time to adjust water line running around top of cooler to come down better over aspen pads. Highly recommend to anyone needing any type of service for their cooler. Very reasonably priced.

If you need someone to get there quick, they are great- because at their prices, they are never busy. I needed an A/C charge with R22 Freon. The technician told me 275$ for the first pound then 150 for each additional pound. I thought that was high and asked if he was on the high side for the Denver area and he said no, he was average. I called a three other HVAC shops in the next 5 min and found out that they would charge 70-80$ per pound. When I told the technician, he said that is just what they charge. When I asked why he said this was average, he said "that is what we charge" and you agreed to it. I had him remove whatever Freon he had already put in and hired another company(Dalco) that charged my A/C for 160$ for 2lbs of Freon with a 40 dollar service fee. To be fair, he was very professional in dealing with my not so happy self. This seemed like price gauging the uninformed consumer.

Andrey was quick. quick to contact me, quick to get an appointment the next morning (during hot early summer), and quickly repaired several broken parts on my AC the same morning. He informed me of worst case scenario costs before starting repairs, ensured we were in agreement, and got to it.

Now that the weather is getting warmer its time to turn on the air conditioner.. you guessed it! Blowing hot air! I got on the Home Advisor site looking for someone to help me... I thought we would be without air conditioning for a couple of days..not a big deal. I give a call within.less than 30 minutes of asking for help and he was at the house working on the air conditioner within the hour. He diagnosed the problem... fixed it and stuck around until we were all convinced his solution was the right one. Fabulous service and much appreciated! Thank you.

Professional and efficient on a complex repair.

Quick response on one of the coldest days of the year. Very professional. Gave me a fair price for what had to be done & advised me on what might be necessary to repair later after checking the furnace out. Very satisfied with the service.

Andre came over within an hour (and that was on a weekend). He quickly assessed both my a/c (beyond repair) and my swamp cooler. He fixed that so we were cooler right away.

Customer service is very good. Knowledge is very good. A little pricey but worth it.

The work was done quickly. There were more repaired needed than originally thought but all needed parts were on the truck and Andre stayed late and got the job done the same day.

Response time was less than 15 minutes and work was done on Sunday (with no extra charge) by Andre. He worked quickly to replace my air conditioner on an extremely hot day. Thank you!!!
