Engineer came on time, accepted agreed fee and as far as Ican tell has compleed a good a good job

I used Zone for an Oil Burner annual service and it was done VERY thoroughly and for a great price. Without a doubt, I will be using them again!

He clean parts on my burner that I never seen any of the others clean in fifteen years

Paul worked very hard to make sure the job was done right. The job was priced fairly, and the amount did not go up even though unexpected work had to be done. I had the new boiler installed in October 2015 and so far its been great.

They arrived at the home and got the burner running which costs about $300.00. The next morning the burner was not working. I called them and was told someone would be back later that night which was difficult to accept due to it was 20 degrees outside They never showed up anyway and I had to scramble to hire someone else at 8 pm at night. But anyway I found another company and will no longer be doing business with Zone heating.

Courteous, professional, prompt. Worked until the project was completed. Would definitely recommend and hire again.

On time, Fair price. Paul worked from 7:30am until around 9:30pm He had to move the hot water heater to install the boiler, and didn't charge extra. Would hire this company again.

Being a woman and having been ripped off by many unscrupulous contractors, it was a wonderful experience to have a qualified technician repair my boiler properly at a fair price. They replaced my leaking indirect water heater, which was under warranty, and handled all the paperwork with manufacturer.

Paul took the time to explain everything and answer my questions. He gave me a choice of three boilers that would work in my home and helped me decide on one. On the day the boiler was installed, everyone showed up on time and got right to work. Paul made sure everything worked perfectly. I don't mean for my review to sound like an ad, but if you need an HVAC contractor, do yourself a favor and at least get an estimate from Zone.
