Paid for removal of two trees - one large oak and one small crepe myrtle. They did a good job of the tree removal and general cleanup but left the tree stumps. I was told they would address grounding down the stumps when one of the brothers came by to discuss some landscaping work, which was to be the next step in the overall project; that is the last I heard from them. I left a voice message, which has been ignored, and the email address on their business card apparently does not work. Now I have to figure out how to finish up the work they did not complete and locate someone to address the landscape issue.

I hired them and agreed to the tree work but Zonescapes never showed up to do the work. I had to follow up multiple times before they finally text me that they couldn t do the job, which put me in a difficult situation. I do not recommend them. Very unprofessional!
