Jay was our sales rep who arrived on time and provided good advice. This was not the lowest bid we received for a new furnace, but we think it is the best value. Jay brought the crew over to make sure they got started all right. They were very neat, quiet and polite. The installation was top quality. We are very satisfied customers.
