We needed some toilet work done and Zoom Drain took care of it. The person they sent (Donell) was on time, courteous, and professional. The fact that he was an army veteran could be a factor - kudos to Zoom Drain for supporting our veterans! The gentleman took the time to explain what he was doing, provided pictures, handled the work, and also explained what we may need in the future. The work took more time than what he originally anticipated, but he saw it through to the finish, and the final product looked and worked great! I wanted to add a small tip to the bill (which was quite reasonable) for the extra time he took to get the work done, but he wouldn't take it. I will definitely recommend Zoom Drain for any drainage/plumbing work required. They do exemplary work!

This Is a local family owned Franchise. Raymond responded promptly and did an excellent job. He was able to diagnose the problem and rectified it in a matter of a very short order. I would recommend them highly for any drain issues you have.

I had an incredible experience with Zoom Drain today. If I could give them more stars, I would! They were prompt in responding to my request and had someone out within hours. Communication was on POINT! Ray, the technician who came out, was absolutely fantastic. He quickly determined the issue, thoroughly explained the cause, and provided everything needed to resolve our plumbing problem. Ray was efficient and professional, and I couldn't be happier with the service. I highly recommend Zoom Drain to anyone in need of plumbing services. They truly exceeded my expectations. Wow great service with a smile- zoom drains was able to show up next day and jetted a 150 ft line and saved the day for our customers- definitely plan to keep there number on speed dial
