Had an emergency and severe drain clog, turned out to be quite a puzzle, but Dan was persistent in trying to solve the problem and ultimately did. He was friendly and professional and left things clean even though he had to pull out a range of equipment to fix the issue. We were nervous about hiring an outfit in an emergency, but this one turned out well and we can recommend them to others.

Had a clogged kitchen drain after getting rid of 3 slices of old rye bread…tried the usual liquid declogging agents, which barely did much. Called Zoom, and Phil was very helpful. No pressure to have to do anything emergently, but l preferred having someone come out to look at it, on a Saturday. The bread finally cleared and l had the appointment cancelled. Would definitely use Zoom in the future . mj

I was very impressed with how quickly the Zoom drain team was able to get to my house and assess the issue. The technician, Dan, was very knowledgeable, and did what he could to resolve our clog. The clog was, unfortunately, irreparable, but Dan was very open and honest with our options and worked with us to find the best solution for us. We were able to take his direction and fix our problem without it costing an arm and a leg. Very appreciative!
