DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They plan poorly, do NOT follow through with their agreement. They do NOT Answer phones once they have taken your money and will not respond to any damages and claims they are responsible for.

These guys did a great job. They came through for us after our scheduled movers did not show up. They gave us a better price than the company that canceled on us. These guys came out the same day we called them and took care of everything. They even packed our boxes. We highly recommend these guys, especially if you end up in a bind.

All the positive reviews are fake. Just filed a complaint for this company to the FBI, for providing fake certificate of insurance from Next First Insurance. Afer my household furniture was damaged and broken, I completed a claim for the damaged goods. Daniel Lopez informed me the certificate of insurance was not valid for moving operations. The certificate of insurance was for demolition and hauling trash, which explains why all my furniture was damaged. The NEXT Insurance policy NXTWNVAO3X-00-GL does not provide coverage for the operations our insured was hired to perform. The company address is also fake. My lawyer attempted service on the registered agent for Zoom Van Lines and they confirmed 10/25 the unit is vacant. Latest Status: 10/25/2022 12:45 pm Attempted service at 11941 SW 26 COURT, MIRAMAR, FL 33025, Vacant. Contact card still taped to the door. I spoke with the neighbor next door, she doesn't has never heard of Zoom Van Lines and has not seen anyone next door for some time. DO NOT EVER HIRE THIS COMPANY! First of all, he lies to you from the start - his name is not Patrick, it is Jomo Fagan. I do not believe any of these other reviews, they must be friends/family or paid - they are all in the same area and written with the same words. I contracted with Patrick to move all contents of my house 20 miles to my new house. He promised me a 26 truck with 3 men for the whole day. He also promised over and over that they would take very good care of everything, wrapping everything carefully, handling a large TV, a large antique cherry cabinet, and all other furniture and boxes with the utmost care. They were professionals and I was in very good hands. OPPOSITE! I had to push the move back a day because my contractors were not finished at the new house, he said he could accommodate me, he had a small move in the morning but would be there by noon, I told him not to take this if you can not handle it, do not say you will then can not. At 1:00 a rented U-Haul shows up with 2 guys, a non-English speaker and a 25-year-old kid who was supposedly in charge. They showed up with absolutely nothing but the clothes on their backs, no tools, no dollys, nothing to wrap with, they did not even have a bottle of water - for a move in the FL summer! The kid told me he got a call at 11:00 and rolled out of bed. All he had for an inventory was a few items in a text message. They did not bother going through the house to take inventory, the non-English speaker just started throwing boxes around - he could not read the word Fragile! They did not wrap anything, they did not use the dolly that came with the truck, they just tried lifting everything themselves - including my antique cherry cabinet, when they realized it was too heavy - they dragged it on the cement until I started screaming at them!! I called Jomo and yelled at him about what was going on, I thought he would talk to them and they would be more careful, but no, they continued throwing furniture and boxes around. They knew they had to take apart 2 beds - the 25-year-old kid stood there dumbfounded, he had no tools and no way to take apart the beds. Luckily my son was there, he took the beds apart and started helping them carry things to the truck. My son saw the kid talking with his girlfriend on the phone and haphazardly stacking furniture - then watched as it went crashing to the floor breaking! EVERY SINGLE PIECE OF FURNITURE WAS DAMAGED!! I do not believe this is even a legitimate company, I do not believe he has any employees or trucks, it is just him sitting on a couch getting day laborers to throw furniture in a truck. At the new house, my son had to help them unload and saw all the damage. The non-English speaker - could not read all the labels for each room that I had so carefully put on each item so he just dropped everything in the first room in a giant pile, they just jumped back in the truck to take off, and my son had to stop them to inspect the truck to make sure all items were out - all that was left were pieces of broken wood and chipped marble. Worst experience of my life, I was in tears.

These guys held our hands throughout the entire process. Never thought moving could be stress free. Call these guys right away if you are looking for a mover. Paul was super nice and they wrapped everything, even our chairs. I highly recommend this company. 10 stars!!

PROS: You have your own moving truck. Speedy, 2 of 3 movers were cheerful, respectful. My rep Patrick, was warm, quick to respond, easily accessible CONS: Patrick was dishonest. My biggest concern was moving a vintage jukebox w interior parts that needed to be stabilized before moving. I had a long initial conversation w Patrick who assured me that his movers were experienced in moving delicate items w mechanical parts & that the movers would do actual online research to understand the proper process on how to prepare the jukebox for relocation . I also emailed him step by step photos of how the jukebox parts were put together when it originally was moved into my home. When the movers (finally) showed up, the foreman asked if the jukebox was included in the move . They had no idea. Bc the move was delayed last minute (more on that later), we took the task upon ourselves to dismantle the parts . This took us 3 hrs. Im sure a professional would have taken less time but a lengthy process nonetheless. My belief is that if we hadnt prepped the jukebox earlier, the movers wouldnt have done much at all in prep. Why? Because the foreman laughed, argued that it wasnt necessary when I requested my ivory colored rug be wrapped. If he didnt want to spend the 5 min to wrap a rug, he s not going take an hour to prep the jukebox. When I asked him at the start of the job, how the jukebox would be secured in the truck, he told me it would be strapped and when I noticed near the end of the night that the jukebox was not strapped in the truck, I was told they didn t have any straps. The other main concern was that my move date be guaranteed . Because my original plan was to catch the last plane out of the city the same night of the move. This was an entire separate conversation and I was assured the date was guaranteed bc my move was scheduled first on this route . Fortunately, I had to extend my stay due to work and booked a hotel. T bc he move was postponed by the co. last minute to the following day (after hours of my waiting through the eve) . Not only was the move postponed, when the movers finally arrived, it was after dark (I was given a noon ETA) . Movers showed up without masks. This was at the beginning of Omicron. The foreman also not paying any attn to the fragile stickers even as I stand watching him. At this pt, I was actually willing to forgive all these mishaps as long as the offload at the destination went ok. That didnâ t happen . I was not able to be present at destination . My sister in law was to receive the movers. She nor I was given any notification as to ETA. Movers lied that I was called. They just showed up at the house and after dark . My sis in law was not ready to receive them and had to argue with the movers and a rep to return the next morning. They whined that they had to drive through snow storms. Yet the company did not re route the truck for their safety. Again, movers did not wear masks and ignored requests to do so despite a state wide mandatory mask mandate and my high risk mother in law residing at the house. The offload had to be specifically directed bc the room where the contents were being stored had to have access to light switches, the en-suite bath, etc. The instruction was too much for the movers because they ended up accusing my sis in law that she was being particular in her direction due to the color of their skin . For one, I am a person of color . And my sis in law married and have children with a person of color . BUT WAIT THEREs MORE! The movers took out their phones and started recording her. Like she was a Karen. At first, Patrick sided with the movers until I made a request for the video. That video was never sent. In the end, the co. gave me a measly 3.8% discount for my troubles. And they dented my table. Lesson learned.

I was having the most difficult time finding a company to haul away an old SubZero refrigerator/freezer. It was 22 years old, rusted and falling apart at the bottom and it literally weighed over half a ton. Zoom Van Lines handled the job with expertise and ease! They gave me an excellent price and I am now a loyal Zoom Van Lines customer for life. Donâ t waste time or money on any other company!
