I first took my computer to the Geek Squad at Best Buy where I was told they could not help me. Then I took it to another location where I was told the same thing. I called Support Geeks and they came to my home and fixed my computer within 15 minutes. Vijay was very professional, competent, and personable. Best of all, the cost was very reasonable.
