He did not make any differences between his words and the quality of work he performed. I would highly recommend this company to get things done at your home---it can be new constructions or repair.

Pedro and Marcelo and their crew are amazing! We had our house painted as well as replacing numerous dry rot window frames and replacing siding boards and other wood work. Including a trellis that holds up our Wisteria not only did they keep our Wisteria alive they build a beautiful new terrace. They also replaced all of our rain gutters. They are a team of perfectionist and did an outstanding job on of our work. Highly recommend.

Pedro and his crew did an excellent job. We had siding repairs and had the house and porch repainted. They stayed on schedule, very respectful, cleaned up every day after working and at reasonable price. I only gave 4.5 on customer service because I had to initiate most of the calls. But I find this to be the case, with most contractors, in this busy environment. I would highly recommend Zrios Constr.

I don’t even know where to start. This company exceeded my expectations beyond any company I have ever hired. We needed some exterior work done. We are getting ready to sell our house. This company was able to do EVERYTHING. Roof, visquene under the house. Landscaping. New doors. Siding repair. Everything. And it was on budget and on time. Seriously. These guys are amazing.

Very professional and responsive

Fantastic job on our roof repair and also painted our house trim. They are hard working, do a really excellent job and very affordable. We did have some problems with scheduling, mainly due to weather.

Pedro and his crew responded immediately when we needed repair work and painting done on our siding before closing on the sale of our house. They worked until late both days to make sure everything was ready for the re-inspection. Highly recommend them!

All crew were very responsive and worked very hard to achieve high quality. They explained every step to customer.
