I needed my front walk replaced and, through HomeAdvisor, I was provided with several companies in my area. I contacted all of the recommended companies, and to my surprise, only one company returned my calls. Zac, from Zs Construction, contacted me within one day, and within three days, I had a quote. Due to the outstanding reviews that I read, Zacs professional and immediate response, and the reasonable quote I received, I hired Zs Construction for my project. I chose a concrete color, a stamp pattern, and within days, the Zs Construction crew was at my door. I consider myself fortunate that the other companies did not return my calls, as the completed walkway exceeded my expectations. Adam and J.B., prepared the site, poured, and stamped the concrete with expert precision, and added some distinctive decorative touches that enhanced the appearance of my project. Also included was landscape restoration, which was completed to perfection. They came when they said, cleaned everything up and the sidewalk, railing and steps are great they are so safe now. They made suggestions on the lay out to the driveway which proved to be perfect. Very nice work crew. Thanks

The new asphalt driveway and retaining wall were put in last summer. The quality of work was excellent. He is very detailed in his work. He will be coming back in the spring to do the asphalt seal. A brick/stone retaining wall was also installed next to the driveway, which was done very well. He made sure the first level was perfectly lined up. He is doing other projects around the outside of the house. I will comment on those when completed. He does have a tendency to have too many projects going on at the same time and replies to small jobs is slow, but the work when it does get done is excellent.

They came out last year to clear some brush that everyone else looked at and walked away from. They took on the project, hauled everything away and did a great job. They showed up when they said they would which is huge in my eyes. So because of that, I hired them to cut our grass this year to relieve us of some duties and free up some time. Again, they show up like clockwork every week, cut trim and edge my yard and leave no cut grass laying around. Other than shorter grass you would never know they were here. Great price and very easy to deal with. Why would you want anyone else doing your yard???

Zachary is very professional and personable. He was very busy but once I decided to hire him he was able to get here within a few weeks. There was a miscommunication regarding one aspect of the design but we agreed that it will be addressed when he returns the next time. What he did looks great! Very pleased with the outcome.
