Zunex Pest Control

The college kid they sent was nice, gave a nice sales pitch. My dad doesn't read English all that well but we paid for pest control. They bases the price off of the square footage of the home. This is irrelevant because they came out and sprayed the bushes in the front of the home and two bushes in the back of the home. 5 star reviews they ask for because that's how the employees get paid apparently. If you try to to cancel they charge you 319.93$ for cancellation even if the service is 1$ 80$ or 130$ You can call their customer service department but they're their to collect money not refund it. So be wary. If you do end up hiring them you'll probably want to record them and point them to where you want work done. This is a scam through and through if you're not careful. They ask for a review and are nice for the review if the name of the worker is in the review it was asked for most likely. Pest control that doesn't get rid of pests is bad pest control. Pest control that doesn't get rid of pests and charges you 320$ for cancelling is awful pest control. 500$ ~ for 5 services first one being cheaper. They make you sign an iPad and don't give you a copy of what you signed. Ask for a copy, record them, be a stickler. Or Alternatively go with a local pest control not this. They used what can only be described of as a quarter bottle of water to get rid of the insects. Nothing changed. Just get an 8$ insecticide yourself from the store or hire a local pest control. Sales people that come to you aren't trustworthy apparently. The good: Other than the bad experience, bad service. The people are nice enough, the two reps were college hires doing their summer job so can't fault them too much. The customer service rep lady was nice enough. Didn't resolve the problem but I guess you people being professional isn't bad so it's good. The "owner" posted a generic nothing response on my Google review. I see a lot of 5 star reviews which made them seem good but maybe I was just unlucky. Definitely not putting that theory to the test , stating away from big chain pest control brands and sales scams forever. Well that's my rant, thanks good luck with your pest problem. Tldr Found zero value in this service and got charged triple the normal for cancellation or 330 times more than the 1$ service they offered. Common bait and switch with review begging.

As stated above, I would like a copy of the billing for my records.
