The plumber was professional, listened to my concerns, kept the work areas neat and tidy, and educated me on how a water meter works in relation to a leak. Repairs were made in a timely manner. Good follow up with the home office to make sure I was satisfied. Excellent work from initial call to project conpletion.

I asked before the work was done if they took credit card. He told me yes after the work was completed they did not take credit cards.

Walter and his crew were incredibly helpful. We had some issues when we found a used water heater was repackaged by the store. They called out the issues with the device and stood by their standards. Walters team went to the hardware store for a replacement with me and finished the job as quoted! Very impressed with their patience and service. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a plumber who stands by their word!!!

Great company. The owner is easy to work with. They worked quickly and cleaned up after the job. I did have to call them back on a couple of repairs made but they took care of it right away and even helped with a repair that was not on the project list. There was a little communication issue on methods of payment but we worked it out and all was well. If you are able to work on a cash basis, this company is excellent. I would use them again.
