Ive moved over 10 times being in the Military who usually pays for my move. This Move i was paying for after speaking to 5 different companies, Top Tier Van Lines was the most Honestout of them All! As they were the only ones to let me know the extra charges for wrapping my TVs, Mirrors , China Hutch, which none of the other moving company mentioned! The guys who picked me up were VERY professional all in Uniform and all employed by Top Tier Van Lines! The Foreman Alfonzo was Great as well as my Moving coordinator Brian was there for me from start to finish! Im Very Pleased with the overall move. I had a few scratches here and there but probably overall the best moves ive had thank you again

I spent more than $2000 extra on this move than I planned bc of Top Tierâ s dishonesty, lack of communication and nonexistent customer service. Asked them to move furniture to 2 destinations plus do a furniture swap when they arrived at the first destination, on a specific date. Was told it could be done for a price that was lower than competitors so I booked them. The day before the move, I had to remind my rep that I was supposed to get a call from them to give me the delivery details and while my rep never called me back, I got a call very late in the afternoon from someone from â dispatchâ who was coordinating the move. This person told me theyâ d arrive tomorrow afternoon which was what we agreed upon. Cool. The day of the move however, I learned that almost everything I was told by the sales rep Jon Davis when purchasing was not true, including: - The 2 destination move plus furniture swap was â not possibleâ and â not on paperâ (despite being told / seeing it was on the contract when I booked) and Iâ d be charged at least an extra $1000 to do it - Being told that theyâ d â arrive in the afternoonâ meant arriving to pick up the furniture from the storage unit that they knew I wasnâ t going to be at since itâ s out of state, not arriving to drop it off at my home like we discussed/I expected - They â couldnâ t guaranteeâ when theyâ d deliver my furniture to me - it could be the next day, the day after or another time in the future - I was forced to pay extra for glass furniture padding, despite the sales rep knowing I had glass furniture pieces when booking and told me I wouldnâ t have to pay anything besides the up front cost I prepaid Meanwhile, Jon Davis my â personal repâ never once responded to my multiple calls, voicemails and emails frantically asking him to get back to me because â Top Tierâ was not honoring what I paid for when booking with them in the first place. Itâ s been over a week and still havenâ t gotten any response from Jon nor their customer service.

I Just got Delivery not too Long ago and as i Very Pleased with the move i did with Top Quality Van Lines! Unlike my last move in which i thought the people i was speaking with/ gave my deposit too were the ones picking me up come pick up day they dont even own any trucks they were just brokers who "outsourced it to a horrible company F rated on BBB" But what a pleasure Top Quality Van Lines were! A+ On the BBB / Accredited Made sure first they were the actual movers (on D.O.T web-site) , there trucks, and there full time movers which i got both on my Pick-up and on Delivery. During my relocation, these gentlemen were like a team of friendly superheroes. They never failed to cheer up my mood and hear me out when I was anxious. I wasn't worried because they kept me informed of developments. They took extra precautions to protect my sensitive items throughout transit.

They were prepared and arrived on time. They took great care of my belongings protecting them with cushioning. The loading process went smoothly and they even disassembled and reassembled several bulky items.

Everything went very well from the estimate to how easy to contact them. Pleasant workers. One even asked if it was ok to listen to his music on his iPods.
