Alex was very prompt and friendly on our first contact. He was able to confirm what I researched online, regarding my moaning electric dryer. He listened to the dryer by phone, and I provided the model number of the dryer. He gave me an estimate for the repair, and promptly called me to schedule the repair, when the parts arrived. He was quick to repair our dryer, and provided some helpful recommendations moving forward, for the frequency to clean our vents. He saved us from having to buy a brand new dryer. He tested the appliance in my presence to confirm the repair. I d highly recommend him, due to the excellent service he provided. Thank you, Alex!! 🙏
