$500,000
Zych team is amazing! They are very honest, have great customer service - always responsive and provide amazing products. We did a lot of research before choosing Zych Construction to build our new home with and their craftmanship, contractors and materials are above and beyond all requirements and standards. We were able to customize anything we wanted and they created us a brand new floor plan when we could not find one to fit our needs.

Zych Construction did an amazing job bringing new life to my dated home! Brian took the time to listen to our wants/needs and used his expertise to renovate my Kitchen and 2 bathrooms. New Cabinets, trim & doors, countertops, plumbing, walk in tile shower in the master bath- made handicap accessible, walls painted, new flooring throughout. I fell like I live in a NEW home again!

Thru email, my husband and I were always able to contact our builder and always got an immediate response. Everyone we worked with was helpful, courteous and nice to work with.

I am not sure if the price was the best, but the interest shown to our concerns and the end result made it all worth while. We achieved goals for our remodel I did not think possible when we started talking with our contractor.

The only person who contacted me was Brian Zych. He was very nice & very professional. He did send me a bid, but I have decided to have my son-in-law do the work (because of cost factor). I thopught you might like tp have this information. Ruth
