It was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The floor sanders left my heat pump running while sanding. I replaced my duct filters three days in a row because they were filled with dust and debris. I needed help in a hurry, and Keith went out of his way to make it happen so my painters could arrive on time. I also had electrical work happening on the same day so the power was turned off. Keith went above and beyond to find a portable generator and complete the work. It was an all day job in the heat, and Keith got it done. My vent filters have been sparkling clean for the five days since he did the work. I highly recommend this company.

Keith and Mark were extremely professional. They cleaned all the ductwork and vents. The ducts had not been cleaned since the unit was installed many years ago. The difference in air quality is amazing. They made sure everything was returned to normal and the work areas were cleaned when they finished. Would highly recommend.

Keith gave us a free estimate on evening. He came back with an assistant at the scheduled time. They were courteous and worked steadily until the job was done and any mess removed!

Overall, our biggest recommendation is to make sure you keep your invoice handy because the company may not remember what you paid for and what you did not. Also, if you opt for the three month sanitizing treatment, make sure that you keep a record of when your ductwork is due. You must call them for the treatment because they will not remind you. If you ask for a refund for services not rendered, they are not handled in a timely or proper manner. <br />

Overall, we were VERY impressed with the work done, the price for the work and the end results. The machines are noisy, but there is not much that can be done about that. Expect that if your duct work is more congested than originally noted, it will take longer to get the job done. However, Keith does stay until it is complete. There is no charge for the length of time they are here - he quoted us the price prior to the job and that was the price we paid. <br /> <br /> <strong>1/3/13</strong>: As an addendum to our experience with A-1 Duct Cleaning Services, I offer some advice. Keep a copy of your sales agreement in a place you won't forget - you may need to refer back to it at a later date. If you do purchase the disinfectant part of the service for your ducts, keep close track of the dates (i.e., every three months for example) in order to contact A-1 to set up your appointment for them to come back and perform this service. They will not contact you and remind you. <br /> <br /> We did call to have our units disinfected several months later (around August), however only the upstairs unit was sprayed due to my misplacing the sales agreement and A-1 thinking we only paid for one. On Jan. 1, 2013 found the sales agreement showing that both units were to be disinfected and providing the agreement to A-1. <br /> <br /> We strongly recommend keeping the sales agreement close at hand and marking on the calendar every three months to contact A-1 to make an appointment for the disinfectant. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />

Keith Thomas and his assistant worked carefully and diligently to complete the work, remaining well past supper time to finish in full. They left our house lean and neat.
