I have excellent results when calling the A-1 Roofing group. They arrive on schedule as promised and the attitude of the crew is professional. When any questions I may have arise, they answer without hesitation. I have called upon A-1 several times and have never been disappointed. I recommend A-1 to anyone needing roofing repair or replacement requiring complete confidence of obtaining a professional job without fail. Also, the cleanup upon completion was above and beyond fantastic.

This was the most efficient businesses we had ever dealt with. We called them and asked for their estimator to come and an appointment was made and he was here right on time. Chad was very good to work with and very polite. He was very good at explaining everything to us and showed us what all needed to be done. We gave him our order that very day and within about two weeks the crew was here to do our roof. All the crewmen were very polite and worked very hard at getting the job done promptly. Their workmanship was excellent and they cleaned up the yard very good and it all looked perfect when they left. The two inspectors that came were very friendly and polite. A-1 Guarantee Roofing certainly has their business running smoothly from start to finished. We made the call for an estimate and that was done immediately. Ordered the roofing materials and set a date for installation - was done on the agreed date. The crew was here on time and all of them were courteous, worked all day, cleaned up every night before leaving and let us know they would be back the next a.m. - always on time. Five days of roofing and they were finished on the fifth day p.m. Everything cleaned up and you could not tell that they had been there. We would highly recommend this Company to everyone. I sell insurance and have for 40 years I am very particular especially with my own home and have never had to file a claim of my own but did this time I have had a-1 do several repairs always very neat and fair and honest I was so impressed with the complete roof job and the no mess I couldn't even tell they had been there each day when I came home from the office that is so unheard of absolutely the best roofing company I have seen especially for honestly and professional will always use and recommend them in the future thanks pam king nationwide insurance

When we built our house we got a new roof. We love the product and the install!

They were excellent.  I've recommended them to other people.  He's very, very efficient.  It's hard to compare the price because I didn't have any other person give me an estimate.  I was impressed with the individual he was dressed very nicely, had a beautiful truck, very polite and he was very efficient.  I was very pleased.  I have faith in the program Angie's List & I was impressed with the way he presented himself.  He was very professional.

I called A-1 Guarantee Roofing and set up an appointment. The roofer called me and told me when he would be there. He was right on time and up on the roof in no time. After he inspected my roof and attic, he informed me of what he thought was the source of the problem, a nail at one of the vents wasn't put in quite right. He gave me 2 options, and I told him which one sounded best to me. He arrived a few days later and made the repair. There has been at least 3 times when the leak would have appeared. I have not seen a leak since the repair. The billing was sent to me and matched exactly as we had discussed. The 2 people that I had contact with were very professional and friendly.

<p>I never write reviews, as a matter of fact this is the first review I have ever written but I was so pleased with my experience with A1 Guaranteed Roofing I had to write one up so others will know what a great company A1 is.</p> <p>First, I hired A1 because of the reviews on Angie's List.  Next, I am an ex-Customer Service Manager for a large national company so my expectations are rather high compared to most. Further, dealing with companies in the construction sector can be intimidating, and rightfully so, especially when it comes to high end transactions like roofing.</p> <p>My experience with A1 Guaranteed Roofing was exceptional, I couldn't be happier. We had a large hail storm that damaged our roof. I called A1 and they promptly visited my home and provided an accurate and informational assessment of the damage. They provided more than ample information to help me decide on what type of materials to use and even helped me sort out issues with the claims adjusters. Their customer service is second to none. From the estimating process to the payment process, everyone there I spoke with was very nice and an absolute pleasure to deal with. The new roofing materials were delivered a day early and their installers arrived exactly when they were supposed to. And speaking of the installers, they were fantastic! Very professional and pleasant to deal with. And the final product looks amazing!!!!!</p> <p>Residential construction projects always seem to have issues, but not when dealing with A1. They have given me hope that there are still great people in that industry to deal with. I will NEVER use another roofing contractor other than A1 and encourage anyone reading this review to call them for your roofing needs. On January, 2015,  a roof vent began leaking, causing water to drip on my ceiling.  Although, it didn't damage the drywall, I could hear an occasional "ticking" sound in the hallway during heavy rain.   I performed an attic inspection, and confirmed one of my roof vents was leaking.  On performing a review on Angie's List, I contacted A-1, and received a prompt response.  The representative arrived and inspected the vent, and then provided a statement of work and materials with a quote.  I agreed to the work, an estimated date was established, and work was competently completed ahead of schedule.  This included all new stack collars.  This past April, two more of the remaining original vents failed, and I requested a quote to just go ahead and replace all of them.  The original vents were vinyl.  I was provided a quote for replacement of all the existing vents to be replaced with more durable aluminum vents.  Again, cost was competitive, and work was completed ahead of schedule.  The employee completing the work both times maintained a professional appearance and manner; was communicative; and was well organized.  <br /> Since these repairs were completed, this area has experienced several heavy sustained rainfalls; and the roof has remained leak-free.   <br /> This company exemplifies the best when it comes to competence, and executing good business practices.  <br />
