They came out and gave us an estimate. Since they were much less than everyone else we called, we decided to go with them. They came back the same day to do the job because the tree was unsafe/dead. They were here and had the job done within an hour. I am very pleased with their service, and would definitely recommend them above everyone else! <br />

Jared had cut several trees for us last year and we had asked him to leave one that our son was going to come and get for firewood. Anyway, his chain saw didn't work and we asked Jared if he would come back and cut it into chucks for us, which he did. We have found Jared to be very helpful and appreciate how he responds right away and is willing to work with you. I know we will need his services again in the future and will be happy to call him. <br />

I like that they were prompt in doing the work. They just didn't let us know when they were coming out to do it. I actually didn't realize my husband had coordinated for it, so I just went out that day and the tree was gone, which was fine because I know some people didn't need to be contacted for the outdoor thing. It would have been nice if they would have called and have them come and say to make sure they did the job correctly. We had to have them come back out because they did not grind the stumps down. I was not sure if that was a misunderstanding of what we had requested or they just didn't do it. It was something that could have easily been taken care of if they had confirmed with us once they were finished. I didn't know how they were competitive wise.

<p>Husky's provided great service for a fair. They are well equipped to handle the job safely and quickly. The crew was well qualified, professional and courteous. I would definitely use this company again and I would recommend them to my friends and neighbors.</p> <br />

They worked qucikly and were very knowledgeable about what they were doing. I asked about licences and they are a licensed service. They also cleaned up very well. Their prices were affordable. They have I think installment plans or something similar. My only drawback was that they came and started doing the work and I was not at home at the time. They tried to contact me but I was not in a place where they could reach me. I told the owner that he should have waited until I spoke with him personally before beginning any work and that it made me feel uncomfortable. He apologized for his oversight and completed the job in a very professional manner. They don't accept credit cards either. <br />

He did not return to complete the job, despite calls from me--just took my money and didn't finish the work. <br />

It went great. They arrived on time, Larry, the man who did most of the cutting was very knowledgeable and skilled. They had a bucket truck which made it easy for them to get to the tree limbs. There were 2 young men who picked up all the tree limbs and ran them through the chipper. After the trimming was complete Larry started on the trees that needed to come down. The owner, Jared, came out then with a truck they used to secure the larger limbs that had to come down. We were amazed at the work they all did. In total there were 5 men, and they all did amazing work. Larry had to come back the next day to grind the stumps, but we had told them that would be fine with us. They had been at our place from about 8 am and it was about 4 pm when they had finished. The weather was hot and we didn't want to see them stay late to grind the stumps. The next morning Larry was back early to grind the stumps. We were very pleased with the quality of work and if we need any more trees taken care of we will be sure to call them again. Oh, and they offer a Senior Discount and a Military Discount. They have the equipment to get the job done. <br />

It was difficult to get to some areas so they had to drive in the yard. Did leave truck tracks and grinding the stumps left 1 foot by 3 feet holes that I will need to fill in. But I think that was inevitable, I think. They cleaned up and the price was reasonable. <br />

I called A-1 Husky's the morning of 8 March (Friday) and asked if I could get a quote for tree cutting. Husky's came to my house that morning, gave me a quote and started the three day job that afternoon. The lady answering the phone was extremely responsive and called me back numerous times to make sure that coordination was being done between myself and the work crew. My yard is on high ground and a steep slope must be navigated in order to gain access to the trees and stumps which made the job very difficult for any vehicles or equipment towed by vehicles to access the work area. A-1 Husky's was able to winch their vehicles up the hill and into the yard which enabled them to use the correct equipment to bring down some very large trees located two feet from my house; without damaging or injuring anyone. They also removed my neighbors two dying trees without damaging the fence. They did however leave giant ruts from their truck tires all over my yard do to the fact that they have not yet upgraded to hovercraft for their work vehicles. But that was discussed in the morning when I received my quote. I will be redoing the yard soon and some tire ruts along with twenty something tree stump holes will all be taken care of soon. The crew seemed to be very skilled at cutting down trees as I saw them fall some big trees right where they wanted them to go and they never once came close to damaging my house. No doubt this could have been a one day job for these guys had it not been for the hill and about four trees being close to the house. They were fast and efficient but not reckless and that made my wife and I happy. Very happy with the experience overall. <br />

I called A-1 Huskey's to see about having a tree stump removed along with tree roots. Very friendly on the phone. Jared came out to my house within two days to look at the stump and give me an estimate on the cost. Very reasonable price for what I wanted to have done. October 31st, Jared came to my house; removed the stump and roots within 30 minutes; cleaned up area. I am very happy with the services performed. Huskey's is a very professional company and I would highly recommend them to anyone. <br /> <br />

I called A-1 Huskey's Tree Service for an estimate and Jared came out the same day I called to give an estimate to have two trees removed with stump removal/grinding and cut a large branch from another tree because we are having a privacy fence installed soon. Jared (the owner) was great, very professional. We had previously gotten another estimate for a lower price, but just was not impressed and he showed up later than his appointment time. I called Jared the next day and scheduled the service. He gave me an estimated time they would be out and said he would call when the day got closer. The day his company came out, they were finished with the job in about 5 hours and did a great job. My husband and I were very pleased with the service and actually called him the next day to get estimates on a few other trees. The other trees were a bit smaller, but they were back out within a week to cut those down. <br /> My husband had cut some branches and brush down from the back around our chainlink fence that would hinder the privacy fence going up so that left a bunch of branches in the backyard that we had not gotten rid of yet. When Huskey's Tree Service showed up to remove the few other trees, they seen the branches in the backyard offered to remove the branches and gave me a great price to get rid of those as well. So, of course, we accepted and now our backyard is clear of that too. <br /> We are extremely pleased with A-1 Huskey's Tree Service and the response from Jared and his worker's, that we will continue to use them for any other tree removal we will need.

A-1 Huskey's Tree Service had a reasonable price. I had to go down the street and remind them to trim the trees. I would use them again in the future.

They were okay but right after that there were major storms, tornados and wind damage and I could not get them back to fill in the holes left by the tree removal. They could not come back out because they were too busy elsewhere with storm damage. They took all the wood with them and ground the stumps. The service was excellent and I will use them again in the future.

They did extremely well, I was very pleased. They cut it down, removed it, cleaned up. I didn't have them remove the stump.
