<p>I have had several lawn care providers and so far A-1 Lawn Service has been the best for basic mowing and edging. For this service package, approximately $50.00/visit. Could it be better -- sure -- but I have come to the conclusion that the service will never be the quality that I would have done growing up. Thing is to get in and out fast and of course these big riding lawn <br /> <br />mowers will never present the way a electric lawn mower presents. Tile around the walk way have gotten broken but overall they take care to try and not break anything but they still should let me know of those things when they break. </p> <p>Will I use them again; yes, if the price is right.</p> <p><br /></p> <br />

"Sorry {member name removed} you wouldn't get on a every two week schedule it was a you call and we come thing. We have a very tight schedule due to the many accounts we maintain. This past week when you called I was out of reach. I told you from the beginning I could not give you prompt service if you was not on our routine schedule ."

Excellent service, very knowledgeable. Jason made multiple trips to our property to discuss plans for the project (.5 acres of leaves and lots of trees to be trimmed). He was patient and very responsive. <br /> When he and his team showed to do our property, they were polite, clean and professional. <br /> We will be using A-1 in the future for all of our landscaping projects. <br /> <br />

very efficient and knew the plants, but ... nver cam back as promised to remove another shrub or plant new shrubs as promised. <br /> It's been weeks with no contact or follow-up so we'll got to nursery and do it ourselves. Very disappointing after such a good start.

When they were showing up during the summer months the service was great after summer when winter set in the service went down hill rather quickly.They only weeded the path/along the porch drive way and the mailbox(which is fine),but when finished they did not blow off my front porch,destoryed a couple solar lights I had on the front path and did not pick them up to try to put them back where they were(during the summer this was not an issue as I had the same lights out then). I am billed for services not done. I was told that when I hired them that the price would be adjusted in winter it was not,and when services were rendered I only paid for what was done. I will not pay for something that is not done,it is a waste of my hard earned money. Also even when I did not pay the full amount I was not contacted by the provider,no email,no phone call nothing. I should not have to contact them,that is not my job. Very poor customer service,will change providers asap. <br />

How did it go? It went GREAT! Jason and his crew arrived on time and immediately got to work. During the day he touched base with me whenever there was a question. It was a hot August day and the guys worked hard and did a wonderful job. A month or so later, my lawn looks perfect and like it's been there forever. I would hire them again in a second for other jobs. <br />

He and a co-worker came early in the AM, They had to cut back the bamboo, down to the ground. They cut it with chain-saws, and piled it up in a trailer and hauled it off in about 2 hours. They raked up the leaves, and blew them off the pool. It was great, and worth every penny!! <br />
