The service guy came to work in my garage and I left to go to work. When I came home, there was white liquid all over the floor in the area where termites swarmed. there was NOT 1 single drill hole in the foundation or  garage floor.  One month later, I have termites on the counter tops in my kitchen (same side as garage wall but 10' foreward from swarm site, inside of house of course). I'm finding termites at floor level around eat-in area of kitchen and in my family room and at the front door. I've called Shirish, but had to reschedule appointment. I pointed out immediately after 1st service call that  the worker did Not do what Shirish said he would do! Now after reading reviews on Angie's list, I see I most likely over paid too! <br />

They're very respectful and easy to work with. They come over and do the outside, then when I get home from work they do the outside. They wear booties when they come into the house, and are very professional. I even referred them to my sister to use!

It’s a good company. Price wise it was quite normal. Once a year they update check for termites and it’s a $150 for a year. They sprayed for ants a couple of times and it was $30 for the first time. They were very good. I would use them again in the future. 

You don't have to be home for them to come. They work with you for several different programs. They are very customer service oriented. They are very friendly.

When we added our deck they came and checked for termites. We have had them come out every year since. We would use them again in the future.

A-1 Pest Control saved us from thousands of dollars that we would have had to spend for extensive termite damage in our garage. The representative came out the same day I called and was able to provide a second opinion/inspection of damage from a previous termite infestation. He took the time to look behind the drywall and found extensive damage; despite previous treatments for termites, no one had ever proposed looking behind the wall to survey possible structural involvement. He was knowledgeable and took the time to explain the problem and the solution, putting our minds at ease. We were then able to face the situation head on and to remedy it before it became too big to manage. A-1 Pest Control not only saved us money but helped to make our home safer and more structurally sound. I would recommend them to anyone who is interested in thorough analysis of the problem and timely solutions! Thanks A-1!!

THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. I JUST THOUGHT THE PRICE WAS A LITTLE HIGH COMPARED TO WHAT I'VE PAYED IN THE PAST. I PROBABLY DIDN'T DO ENOUGH COMPARISON SHOPPING. I MAY BE A LITTLE HARSH.

IT'S BEEN A GREAT EXPERIENCE. IT IS MOSTLY PREVENTATIVE. IF I EVER HAD PROBLEMS, LIKE ANTS OR WASPS, I CALL THEM AND THEY COME THE SAME DAY, UNLESS IT IS LATE IN THE AFTERNOON, THEY COME THE NEXT DAY. THEY ARE VERY COURTEOUS AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY ARE VERY NICE TO DEAL WITH.
