Fantastic! Recently, its been hard to find a company that is professional, on time, and price was most reasonable of the quotes I got. Buddy's team arrived 10 minutes before 9am. Eduardo and his crew were very polite and packaged our furniture carefully. They moved all our large furniture to the new house within 4 hours. I was impressed with their efficiency and would recommend to others.

Not well at all on the first trip around. I wasn't paying for the service, my caseworker from Endeavor did pay them and I payed a portion of the money too. From my card ending in 8398 Master Card. I took some pictures of my home and things, but now they are gone, someone knows how to hack phones. I took the pictures to keep for to report theft, but when I went to send them to your company they were not there. And I am telling the honest God truth. I promise I truly am.

The service provided by A-1 Professional Movers was beyond perfect from the first inquiry call to the owner, Buddy Morgan, to the final delivery. I needed to move several items from a deceased family member’s home to my home, including three very large glass display cabinets that held a significant amount of sentimental value to me. The communication with Mr. Morgan was the highest quality. He was quick to respond, helpful with his answers, and clear on the services and cost. The crew was outstanding and treated my things with the utmost care. They were extremely professional, but also friendly. They carefully wrapped all my items, delivered them without any issues, and left my home free of any packing debris. I will use them for all future moving needs.

Excellent work. Eddie brought a 2 men crew with him and all three of them took extreme care with our furniture and household goods packed into heavy boxes. Yes, we were worried because boxes were HEAVY. Buddy Morgan was very TEXAS friendly when I called to schedule an appointment. Loved the way everything went so smooth. Generally, I find something negative with almost all professional services, but I am glad to say these guys are on my recommended list.

They broke down my tables, bed, and other items. They wrapped everything in protected materials. Edwardo and team was extremely professional. They arrived early to the move, they completed the task in record time. shorted than I had even expected and they were gentle with every item and was organized with how it was moved and how it was stored. I am so happy with this move.

It was perfect! We had two medium sized, wood dinning room tables and took one and brought to to the second location and then brought the table at the second location back to the first location. The tables were in excellent shape, no scratches or marks on them at all. When the move was finished, none of our items were scratched or dented, no damage to the tables or walls. The men wrapped each item and was very careful with everything they picked up. Professional and caring young men.

I started with Angie's list and asked movers to contact me. A-1 called and I explained I had a large home and I need a quote to move all my belongings to San Antonio. Buddy Morgan said they would need to come out and look at my stuff. A-1 sent Edwardo out to see my stuff. Then Buddy called and said I would need 2 trucks and he gave a price. I thought my stuff would fit into 2 moving Van's and the price was fair so I hired them. When the movers showed up the trucks were large box trucks-- not nearly as big as moving vans. I asked what if my belongings do not fit into two trucks, and I was told we would wait and see. When the 2 trucks were full they said an additional truck would be $2400. After the third truck I still have about a trucks worth of stuff that is not moved. I originally asked for a quote to move all my belongings. I feel that because they came out and looked through my house before they gave me the estimate, this is a classic example of bait and switch. I needed to get moved or I would have canceled when I saw the size of the trucks. I am very disappointed to still not be moved.

"This was a very difficult move. Apparently M. [Member Name Removed] was commuting between Houston and San Antonio because the house was very cluttered and there were piles of clothes all over and piles of stuff everywhere. We were hired to pack and move but there was a lot of thrash but she still wanted it packed. We filled 2 trucks and told her a 3rd truck would be $2400.00 to pack and move She said she would let us know in about a month. She called us in a month and we moved her. She was very nice and very friendly to us and tipped the movers very well. Was very surprised at her review. I thought the movers did a very good job considering the conditions they had to work around. I wish her the best and only have nice things to say about her."
