Well we had issues with streaking on the shingles but had to be replaced 3 times and finally got good ones,but I have 3 bay windows and on the bad bay they put a different color flashing on that one I am not happy with this!would you be?I called John numerous times and get a run around and this was done in 2018! I say the jobs not complete till my bay is done right!

I called A-1 had Robert come out explained everything from A-z they came back and did our new roof. Clean up was great the guys where also great. I would highly recommend them.

They put on a roof and we had some issues with some of the shingles. John called CertainTeed and the territory manager Dan came out and CertainTeed replaced the whole roof again (no charge to us). John's company did great work and he came to my house and addressed any questions I had. They also did my siding on the house. Overall, they did a great job and I am very happy.

John, the owner, is very knowledgeable and follows through to completion. A-1 had all the legal licensesk, insurance and manufacture certifications to install the roof to my expectations. Finding a roofer to install to manufacture specifications was not easy.

John and everyone at A-1 Roofing are trustworthy and fair. This was an especially challenging situation for me since my home that got damaged is in Michigan and I am living in Florida. John responded so quickly when the tee went through the roof -- they did a quick repair to cover the hole before adjuster came out. John even met the insurance adjuster when he came to *****. John and all of his employees are easy to communicate with and do an amazing job -- can't recommend highly enough!

As far as the insurance company sorry it took so long to get them to finally understand what they did for you and pay the bill that they agreed to pay. It does usually go quicker we weren't worried about getting our money as much as you were so I thank you for your patience. And yes we were happy to get paid once your insurance company finally figured out how to do basic math, we hope there isn't a next time but if there is please call us immediately. A-1 Roofing & Siding did a fine job on my roof. There was concern that the plywood base was spongy but it turned out that it only needed a new sheet or two. While up there, they noticed that the chimney needed some minor repair that they were able to take care of. There was a crew below to clean up as the roofers dropped the old shingles, etc. A new ice/water barrier was installed and new flashing around the chimney. 50 year shingle warranty and 10 year labor warranty was included. There was concern that the dumpster would damage my new concrete driveway (3 mos. old), but there was no damage from that. All in all, the job only took about 2 days to finish. I would definitely hire them again for this kind of job.

During a thunderstorm at around 9pm we noticed our bathroom ceiling had a crack in it and was dripping water enough where we grabbed a bucket. I thought the whole thing would give way because the forecast called for enough rain for a flood warning. I found A-1 here on Angies List and gave them a call. They were informative and quick to respond. The leak stopped on its own as the rain subsided a little so we told A1 we could wait till morning. They came out and fixed us all up for a good price. Rick and his crew explained exactly what the problem was and how they intended to repair it and they even took pictures. I am so happy with the overall experience. Situations like this can cause so much anxiety and when a good company helps you out it's a tremendous relief. Thank you Rick, Shane and the girl who's name I didn't catch. I highly recommend this company.

The guy that took care of the siding and gutter was great. We had a little bit of problems with the roofer guy, though. He did not show up when he was supposed to at least two times. I kept being told he would be at house at a certain time and then he wouldn't. In the end, though, when he finally came to do the repairs, all went well.

We first had A-1 do our roof about 2 months ago. We decided, since we loved their work to also have A-1 do our siding. What a great decision! No regrets at all! The work is A-1! Ken and Chris are a couple of very hard working guys with an eye for detail! I can't express how pleased we are! Very professional; nice guys to work with! Keep up the great work! I am impressed!
