Jim with A-1 Services was quick to respond and find the problem. He also suggested we add GFI outlets for safety and to avoid similar problems in the future. Plus he helped us identify unmarked circuits in the electrical panel. Great response time and service!

Jim Frazier is great, recommended without reservation. Did a number of complicated electrical jobs, including wiring for 220/110v outdoor equipment, indoor lighting addition, and revision of outdoor electrical circuitry including cable burial. Even came out Christmas Day to save our well pump from freezing! On time, friendly, and will source parts to get the job done. Thanks, Jim.

The repair man was very professional but friendly as well. Was not pushy at all -- when he discovered a simple repair to the garbage disposal, he did not push to replace it with the new one I had already purchased. He told me to return it to the store. Saved me $90! The toilet problem could have be ignored but he told me why it needed to be replaced even though he acknowledged it might not break for a few months. I appreciated his honesty and had it replaced. <br />

It went very, very well. Just by my description over the phone, Jim knew right away what the issue was. I was skeptical at first to think that an eletrician could just know what the problem was without having been to the house to check it out yet, but he was absolutely right. When he came for the appointment, he went straight to it. He was right on time, professional and friendly, and not very expensive considering all the little things I asked him to do at the same time while he was at the house, in addition to the one big thing I originally called him for. I definitely got my money's worth! And I know I won't have ever to lay awake at night worrying about whether the repairs are done right. That's worth a lot. <br />

Jim responded to my initial call almost straight away and scheduled an appointment for the following weekend. He had a good idea of the problem before hand, just by me describing the symptoms. Accordingly, he was able to give me a good idea of what the cost was likely to be. His rates were very reasonable. <br /> Jim was punctual and extremely pleasant to do business with. He explained his work thoroughly and got the job done in great time. He recommended some preventative work, but only when prompted.
