"We have instructed out techs not to answer the phone while with a customer! This is to provide unlimited attention to the customer. If I call my technicians during a repair. Its very important. "We had no idea there was an issue at all! Phil communicated with your wife about the part! When u called me I had to verify when the part was ordered & the date it will arrive! We ordered it on Friday! 3 business days was Wen. We called you on Wen! You were very upset you couldn't have that day! I was already booked with customers.That wouldn't be fair to others. I put you in the first customer at 8:30 am It was fixed. We will use this as a learning tool to improve communication on phils part! Again sorry for any miscommunication.
