Amazing professionals, amazing service, amazing communication! That last one is huge. It's so hard to find contractors that communicate this well. And their work was top-notch and very, very timely, efficient, and punctual. They walk you through everything and don't rush you with anything and these guys really know what they're doing. They're definitely my go-to plumbing & HVAC guys now. Highly recommend.

Fernando and his team were incredible. I had an emergency at one of my properties and needed urgent assistance after hours. Fernando came out personally with his crew they found and corrected the issue rightaway. I also had them change four 90 gallon water heaters at two of my properties and they did an incredible job. What stands out with Fernando and his crew is how neat they work, how professional and knowledgeable they are, and they also left all three of my properties spotless cleaning up after themselves. I can't be happier with the work I received from them and now I have them on speed dial for all of my plumbing work.

they did an ok job! It was a small job. Although they left some pieces of the previous pipe laying around. I liked the price and the work was finished successfully but they could be more open about their plan and methods as the outcome wasn't what we initially agreed on.

The old toilet still remains and was not disposed of as is the box, still unsure about the fridge reached out to see what the other plumber would be able to do, the new toilet seems to be working fine.

The cold water faucet on our whirlpool bath would not turn on or off. Fernando came out, introduced himself to us, assessed the problem, and fixed it perfectly. He is a truly excellent plumber. Knew exactly what to do, did it in no time. He has a warm and outgoing personality. Most importantly, he fixed the faucet! I can turn it on and off with ease!!! Thank you Fernando. Progressive and their team were incredible. They remodeled six bathrooms in our building and built out two more in the lower level of our building. As soon as I scheduled the appointment and told them what I wanted they had their team put together a full rendering of the finish product and the work came out exactly as the drawings. They are Greate!

The company replied quickly and gave an estimate as requested. We were quoted for 2 new shut offs and 3-5 replacement shut offs. The plumber only brought 5 fittings, but he gave me the option to run to Home Depot to get more... I was also instructed to replace a hose which wasn?t leaking until after the repair, but it was easily fixed when I suggested to connect the new hose to the pipe rather than to the leaking hose. Sharkbite valves were installed. If I knew they were going to be used, I would have done the work myself. The plumber was proficient with the Sharkbites, I just expected that a pro plumbing company would solder. When the plumber left, there were no leaks, and I didn?t feel like making an issue of the other 2 valves which I wanted installed.

Had a powder room installed in my basement. Guy did about 3 days later after calling me, no bs, fair price. Thats all I could ever ask for, will hire again.

A bit hard to schedule but the sink has been fixed well.
