Excellent response and service. I've used them for several repair calls. Each time, Justin came and did the repair with no problems. Scheduling was very easy and accommodating.

Justin arrived on time for our scheduled appointment. He quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced the circuit board. He advised me to call him if there were any further problems. The next day I experienced the same temperature control issues that prompted my original call. I called Justin and a second appointment was scheduled. On the second visit, Justin replaced an additional part and everything has been fine since. I am happy with the work that Justin performed and would certainly recommend him to others.

Justin had a log of integrity and professionalism. He attempted to fix a complex problem with a bad transmission. But when it didn't work out to his best efforts, he worked me to find an inexpensive creative solution.

it went swimmingly. absolutely no problems. and the work was done within 30 minutes. he is just wonderful....a terrific heir to mel's business. mel would be proud (and he was because he told us before he passed.....) If you need a person who is calm, efficient, thorough, trustworthy and oozing integrity, Justin of A Expert is your person!

Justin tested, did not just assume, to determine the problem. Replaced the control board. It has been 20 days since the repair and the dishwasher is working perfectly.

Justin and his worker arrived on time.  Replaced the part and was on their way.  It was a pleasant experience and we would certainly call on him again. <br />

Justin was extremely responsive. I called at 6pm on a Sunday night after learning my oven wasn't working and I was having 20 people for Thanksgiving in a few days. He called me back within 10 minutes of my initial call on a Sunday night! He came out the next day to diagnose the issue and when we determined fixing would not only not be possible due to having to order the part, but that also it would be costly for the part, he helped me wire the new one purchased. He was really flexible and I'm so thankful to have worked with such a great service provider. I will definitely be using him in the future!

Justin was great! He fixed my oven and stove top. There were parts that he required that were not readily at his disposal and he went out on his own to a nearby appliance supplier to pick of the needed items in order to finish the repair. Justin came out right away on a Saturday- Halloween none the less! He performed the repair quickly and everything is working well. Price was fair and he cleaned up the entire area before leaving.

They arrived on time. They ran the washer in quick wash mode and observed no leaks, then they gave us a bill and left.  <br /> When I arrived home, I saw their notes and figured that, since they saw no issues, it was fine to run the washer. Of course, 5 minutes into the cycle, there was water leaking everywhere. Nothing had been resolved. <br /> I called back the company and told them it was still leaking. They told me they didnt know why it was leaking because they ran it in quick wash mode and nothing happened. I told them that's the cycle I had just used and there was water all over the place. They seemed stumped so we agreed to set up an appointment for the next day between 1 to 3pm. <br /> Our appointment time came and went and nobody showed up. I gave them a 30 minute grace period figuring they were running late, then called up. I got their voice mail and left a message asking that someone call. At 5pm I called again and got no answer. Nobody called or even messaged us through Angie's List to explain. Very lame. <br /> So in summation, we had a leaking washer. They came, ran it once, allegedly didn't see anything wrong. They left us a $79 bill. On the next use the washer was still leaking. They made a followup appointment, didnt honor it, nor call/message us to explain why they failed to show.  <br /> I used Angie's List about 50 times in 3 years. This is the first time I've had such a bad experience and the first F rating I've ever left. Very surprised at them considering the good reviews. <br /> <br /> <br />

Justin and Anthony were punctual, friendly and knowledgeable. They quickly diagnosed and resolved the issue with our refrigerator. I would highly recommend -- a very good experience! <br />

It went great. I would highly recommend. his price was very fair. I would have had to pay Sears 165.00 just for the service call and GE 100.00 for the service call, not including parts and labor. <br />

It was quite good, they were courteous, they were on time, they explained all the repairs to me, showed pictures of the item needing replaced and I would certainly use them again. The repair persons name was Justin which I believe was the owner.

The repairman seemed honest. He told me what the problem with the dishwasher was and that he could fix it but it would probably break again. We decided to just get a new dishwasher. He told me the price of the part for the refrigerator and we still haven't made a decision about it. I was a little disappointed that the man who returned one of my later calls couldn't find the paperwork from the job as a reference. They never fixed anything, but they were honest. <br />

The technician arrived within a couple of hours of my initial call, quickly diagnosed the problem and provided a repair estimate and estimate of time to obtain the part. Called when the part arrived and promptly installed and tested it. We were very happy with their service. <br />
