The repair person responded promptly to my call, came when he said he would, came with a mask because of Covid, which I appreciated! He was thorough in diagnosing the problem, knew where to to to get the part he needed and all was done the same day. The bill was reasonable. So all in all I will rehire him when I experience a appliance problem!

Our 9yr old upright freezer quit working on 9/12. Fearing we would lose all of our meat etc, we ran out and bought a small chest freezer for temporary storage and called A-Metro Appliance to see if they could repair our upright. After a few questions on the phone, Gerry felt it was a failed fan. He was able to come out the next day and brought a new fan motor with him. After a few minutes of taking apart the inside of the freezer, he found that the fan blade had slipped down it's shaft and become immobile. He made some adjustments to the shaft, refit the fan blade, and found that the motor worked fine. No need to install a new motor. He was smart, quick and honest. No charge for parts, just the labor, $85. He saved us a lot of money.

Gerry was super knowledgeable and was the most affordable by far. I wish he did other stuff, like contractor stuff, because he is honest and trustworthy. He told me the price upfront which was under $150 and did a great job. I would definitely recommend and hire him again.

It went very well! The tech showed us a clogged filter that we had missed. He cleaned it for us and checked out the operation of the washer and left.

I called on a Sunday night for an issue with my dishwasher. I was very surprised and delighted to speak to a real person. Mr. Martinez showed up as planned and resolved the issue with professionalism and knowledge. I appreciate his hard work and dedication. His prices are very reasonable.

The job went well. Took longer than expected (and cost more than expected) because the freezer/ice maker had 2 failed parts not just one.

Gerry did an outstanding job. The problem was not obvious, and took considerable checking of internal systems. It turned out to be a loose wire in the connections to the motor, which in failure of the motor operation and showed evidence of arcing. He made the repair, and checked the washer for other potential damage due to the electrical arcing. He was obviously knowledgeable, thorough and very polite/considerate. Although not overly chatty (since he was focused on identifying and fixing the problem) he was extremely courteous and took time to explain what he found , the repair, and what to look for in the event of future problems. I would unquestionably hire him again!

He answered right away and called me back as he was on a job. He came out the next day, diagnosed my problem. Unfortunately, it was a big problem and I need a new refrigerator but he showed me exactly what the issue was (failed compressor in addition to some other issues). He was quick and charged a fair price.

The technician stayed with this pesky problem of a "sometimes working/sometimes not" freezer inorder to fix it before our daughter's graduation party. He diagnosed correctly and we've had no issues since then, two months later.

Fine. Said it would be about $165 and it turned out to be about $175.

VERY WELL Repaired both refrigerator ice-maker and washing machine agitator in the same call. Identified the problems QUICKLY and repaired immediately. We've been using A-Metro since the late 80's and they are the ONLY appliance repair we use!

It went well. He came, diagnosed the problem and would have fixed it that day, but didn't have the part on his truck. He was personable, punctual and efficient.

Was able to come out the afternoon I called, had the part required to fix the problem in the van (motor), and got the problem fixed in under two hours! Plus they're the only ones I called that actuality service LG washers!

Great trouble shooting, ordered part and completed repair. All done professionally, timely and at a reasonable cost. Very pleased with responsiveness and knowledge .
