A-OK MECHANICAL

Two year old AC unit and the compressor went. Luckily, the thing was still under warranty. The owner told me that they deal with warranties all the time, no problem. Over a year later and I still have not gotten reimbursed for the part. Why? Because A-OK Mechanical never sent the part in to the manufacturer. But they won't admit this. Every time I contacted them, they told me they'd look into, that the manufacturer was giving them the run around, etc. So I call the manufacturer who says they never received the defective part. They tell me to call the parts distributor because A-OK would have had to send the part to them first and then they would have sent the part to the manufacturer. Distributor can confirm that A-OK ordered the part from them but never returned a defective part. I asked A-OK three times to send me their paperwork that shows they sent the part in. They now will not respond to me. I'm out $600 because of their incompetency. Oh, and my AC still doesn't work. Because they only diagnosed half the problem. Stay away from this company.

It turned out fantastic, it was a great job. Price – I think they were fairly reasonable. They were top-notch across the board. This was the only time that I have used them.

I had to clean up the mess when he was done not like applegate they really clean up their mess put down tarps you never knew they were here one of a kind

The service technician was nice, but I think something happened during the work that pulled the dishwasher away from the wall. It has not be securely in place since this service.

Rich was referred to us by our home warranty company. Initially was because of noisy and burning smell from air handler. Rich was the first tech and spent a long time in an extremely hot attic fixing an improperly installed fan and placing the whole air handling unit to where it should be. Rich also diagnosed that the outside unit was defective and needed to be replaced. Another tech came out to replace the outside unit and also spent a long time in the HOT attic, to get everything right.

Arrived on the scheduled date to service my ca. 4-year old Kenmore Elite dishwasher. Cleaned the food trap immediately and discovered that the main water pump to evacuate wash water into the drain was not functioning.  Technician indicated that the part would need to be ordered and might require 2-3 days to arrive.  After about 10 days, I phoned them, went through two answerers and discovered the part was in; however, they had received it and did not phone to schedule its installation. <br /> After I complained about waiting so long, they scheduled the installation for 2-3 days later, came, installed the pump successfully in about 30 minutes.  <br /> I went to A-OK because Sears had a three-week wait for an appliance appointment.  In the end, A-OK was more expensive than Sears would have been by about $75 according to their quote. <br />
